We do not ask for or collect detailed medical records, diagnoses, or health history through our website. Any such information is only ever discussed directly with your care coordinator once a service relationship begins, and is handled under our internal client confidentiality practices, not through the website.

- To respond to your consultation request or job application
- To send you the free guide you requested, and follow-up emails related to that request
- To match you with a caregiver or coordinator based on language and location
- To improve our services and communications
4. How we use email
If you download our free guide or submit a consultation request, we will email you directly, including a short follow-up sequence if you haven't yet booked a consultation. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is only shared with:
- Amara staff and caregivers directly involved in coordinating your care or considering your application
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g., email delivery, scheduling software), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal or regulatory authorities, only if required by law
