We are actively inviting Centennial Practical Nursing faculty and clinical experts to become founding members of this Board. This is not an endorsement by Centennial College as an institution — it's an invitation to individual faculty members, on a voluntary basis, consistent with how the College supports outside advisory engagement. What it signals is real: our caregiver training and care protocols are subject to independent review from people with nothing to gain from agreeing with us.
Independent review of caregiver escalation training and clinical judgment protocols.
Oversight of caregiver orientation and the therapeutic relationship curriculum.
Review of medical-surgical protocols and safe handling standards.
Oversight of the psychosocial and communication dimensions of caregiver training.
Direct clinical oversight and scope-of-practice advisory — actively recruiting.
Board Chair for Year 1; an independent Chair may be elected at the first Annual Advisory Review.

Assurance that the people who designed our caregivers' training are the same people who teach nursing at Centennial College.
Access to nursing faculty who review their training and can serve as references for CNO applications and future employment.
Confidence that Amara is a credible partner for hospital discharge planners and healthcare institutions — not a grey-market operator.
Centennial College's leadership has been informed of Amara's development directly, as a matter of transparency and respect for the institution this began within. We're actively seeking additional Centennial faculty and clinical experts to join this Advisory Board as it grows.
